
Dr. Shao-lan Lee |
Dr. Shao-lan Lee earned her Doctor
of Music degree from Northwestern University, was principal
bass of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, and performed in Carnegie
Hall under the baton of Maestro Barenboim in 2000.
She has performed with many of the world’s renowned
conductors in 15 countries between 1990 and 2002. She was
twice the first-prize winner of the National Music Competition
in Taiwan, and has taught at Lawrence University and several
music camps.
Recognized as “Alien of Extraordinary Ability” by
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, she has also performed
in the Columbus Symphony Orchestra. |
